Success Is Not A Gift - It's A Choice

Cape May Fitness Center offers FREE classes in many fitness areas ranging from low impact like (Body Blast) to higher intensity classes like (ExtremeFit).

Spinning

Spinning classes are a great way to get in a vigorous workout while burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape.  Spin is taken in a dark studio with black lights and pumped up music that creates an energized atmosphere.  Instructors will guide you through a 45 minute work out which consists of a warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, endurance rides and a cool down at the end. You control your own resistance on your bike to make the pedaling easy or difficult depending on the hill or flat road you are on.  Great workout of all levels!

Body Blast

Body Blast is one hour group personal training program concentrating on form and function. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Includes strength training, balance, cardio intervals, and abs.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Benefits

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

ExtremeFit

ExtremeFit is a type of outdoor/indoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic, body weight and weighted exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp or interval training type class combined.

Yoga

A relaxing form of exercise that was developed in India and involves assuming and holding postures that stretch the limbs and muscles, doing breathing exercises, and using meditation techniques to calm the mind. Yoga appears to have benefits for increasing physical flexibility and reducing internal feelings of stress. Yoga may be recommended as an alternative or complementary health-promoting practice.
